What you need to know to qualify for free nationwide curbside delivery and our policies:
Our company Aztec Furniture USA has a policy for you to receive this free service, and it is that you as a customer have to complete a purchase of $3999 or more.
If your purchase is less, you can contact the Aztec Distribution Center at the telephone number 713-478-0349 to negotiate the freight.
How does this service work?
- If you live at home you will receive it on the street in front of your address.
- If you live in an apartment. Our truck will unload it on the street in front of the apartment complex.
- If you live in a rural area, where there is no access to our trucks, it will be delivered to the closest place where we have access to the truck.
- Commercial buildings or other types of businesses. You are responsible for obtaining permission to park on the street while we unload your merchandise. and if there is a loading ramp we can unload it there with great pleasure.
- If you will not be present, an older person must be authorized to receive the furniture and must have identification as well as a copy of your original receipt that was sent to you for your purchase.
You will receive all of our merchandise on a pallet.
Aztec Distribution Center has specific areas where it is delivered in boxes and also where we can do full service. (Unpack, assemble and install) at a reasonable cost. You can ask me for a quote at 713-478-0349.

¿Cómo trabaja este servicio?
- Si vive en casa lo recibirá en la calle frente a su dirección.
- Si vive en apartamento. Nuestro camión lo descargara en la calle frente al complejo de apartamentos.
- Si vive en zona rural, donde no hay acceso a nuestros camiones se le entregará en el lugar más cercano donde tengamos acceso a el camión.
- Edificios comerciales u otro tipo de negocios. Usted es responsable de obtener permiso para estacionarse en la calle mientras descargamos su mercancía. y si existe una rampa de embarque lo podemos descargar ahí con mucho gusto.
- Si usted no estará presente debe estar una persona mayor autorizada para recibir los muebles y debe de tener una identificación como también copia de su recibo original que se le envió de su compra.
Toda nuestra mercancía usted la recibirá en paleta.
Aztec Distribution Center tiene áreas específicas donde se entrega en cajas y también donde podemos hacer servicio completo. (Desempaquetar ensamblar e instalar) a un costo razonable. Puede preguntar me por una cotización al 713-478-0349.
